Really really good facility. They have everything even squash courts and a pool! Been here a couple times now and love how friendly the staff is.

Great gym. Adam is a passionate personal trainer who understands how to get the best from you, creating tailor made routines and expert advice to suit your own needs. I have had a few PT’s in the past and Adam is the best! highly recommended!!

Very nice gym. Used their squash courts, the condition was ok. Pricing was very reasonable, went in there solo and got half price. Was very happy with this.

Goodlife Holland Park is a great facility. It is modern and kept very clean. The staff and instructors are all so friendly and helpful. I enjoy the group fitness classes and there are many to choose from.

They will do everything they can (deal wise, make accomodations) to get you to sign up and sign others up however once you want to leave or change your membership they are not flexible or considerate whatsoever.

Great gym, but gets busy after 3pm during the weekdays. Sundays around 10:30 am is a good time to go. Staff are always friendly and polite and the facilities are clean and well maintained.
