This place!! how could I describe this putrid training facilitie I watched a young lad not get his certificate due to payment not yet received and the way they handled it was an absolute disgrace!! while you have feral humans running the cafe with stale food no decent sandwiches or rolls it's all hotdogs and cheeseburgers!! It's all about money that poor lad that couldn't get his certificate you should be ashamed C.I.T.C

I recommend CITC in Regency Park for all training needs.I've trained through CITC for high risk licencing, machine licencing and dangerous goods licencing.The people are friendly, trainers are approachable and knowledgeable and the facilities are good, clean and suitable for the training.

My fire training was really fun. The instructor was funny and very comprehensive. Recommend CITC for your training.

this place is a joke dont waste your time down here,such overkill for whats required to drive a forklift. they are only there for you money. i highly do not recommend going here. fyi i still passed my course.

Competent and helpful instructor. Great facility and equipment was all in good condition.

Beware of unfair treat, neglectful trainer, false information provider, none feedback or correction during the full practice if you enrolled individually!for the all 8 hours course on the first day only less an hour on the forklift driving and it will took your most hours on the answers by watching video for a overkilled theory test and they would fail you on a simple gramma error or later on the practice assessment (for example: you answered forklift rapid swing is too dangerous but they need you answered forklift rapid end-swing for the correct answer) even through you passed theory test and the trainer was inpatient and seems feel very unsatisfied about his trainer job which didn't even bother showing how to drive the forklift or even bother correcting mistakes all he said was that I failed.The best part is that he didn't even let you know your practice assessment was began (he just wants to fail you for the money!)For the most important alert to the individuals who is not supported by their industry partner: you will be treated completely different. for example if you late for over 20 mins during the morning they will replace you immediately with another person who is registered by their industry partner which he can ghost for the whole day! at the end they will not let you get in the course but reschedule to the next month no matter how desperate situation you had and they have 8 staffs sit in the office but not even one give you a call in advance before they replaced you with another, eventually let these people easy pass all the tests.All theses lead to Corruption and irresponsible, reported to ICAC,Good luck with your training center!
