Disappointing. Called to book a load of harnesses in for inspection and I live 90 mins away so asked if I could get them inspected whilst I wait if I booked in. The guy was totally inflexible and said he doesn't take any bookings and was pretty much none committal to anything. He suggested the reason he couldn't was because he could get walk in customers. Honestly what difference does that make if I book in and pay up front?
