Paradise Dog Grooming

Been to this place twice now and on the second occasion my dog suffered an injury to its eye and struggled to open his poor eye for over 24 hours. It was obvious that either the blow dryers or clippers had inadvertently bumped his eye quite hard as it was very inflamed. Being a Saturday afternoon no vets were open and we were left with a very stressful situation that we shouldn’t have had to deal with after paying a large sum of money to get him professional clipped. I understand mistakes are made, but just be up front and tell me in the first instance. Still waiting for an apology from the owner despite call this morning.

Does a fabulous job grooming our 2yr old ShihTzu. I have had so many issues in the past trying to find someone gentle, who understands a Tzu coat, and who can make the right Tzu face shape, and I'm absolutely in love with these guys! The coat is always done beautifully as well. 10/10, thankyou so much for taking care of our baby!

I’ve taken my dog there twice, the first time was good, staff were welcoming and kind, they took time and spoke with me about his breed and the best cut for my little dog and I was happy with the experience.I didn’t recognise the staff the second time I took him in. They just whipped him out the back and rushed me away without any of the lovely care I saw the first time. When I picked him up, the staff were distracted. There was a dog screaming out the back of the store the whole time I was there (about 15 minutes) and my little white dog was brought out with an uneven haircut not true to his breed and stains around his neck from a bandanna they placed around his uneven cut.I won’t be taking him back there and I don’t recommend this place.

OMG this place is sooooo good.Our two poodles were like Shrek going in but so so beautiful coming out. There was no complaining/excuses about being matted, etc. just got on with it and produced perfection to our specifications. Thank you so so much. See you soon. Pango and Peara ❤️

Paradise Dog grooming is excellent!Our dog Bobby was very nervous but both groomers were amazing. They calmed him and he was soon very reassured. The girls were careful to clarify the details of his full groom with us and he emerged looking a very beautiful and happy schnauzer! Thank you so much.

Took our dog in to get a quote and was informed he was a small / medium (toy poodle cross).. then when picked him up they stated it was a cut for a large dog. Definitely not a large dog! But $20 more anyway. When we got him home the cut was very close in certain areas around the neck and he's been very irritated by his anal clean for 2 weeks after! Not again.

Poor! Pretty sure not enough staff to cope! My dog basically sat in his own pee for three hours and when I checked on how long it may be it was going to be another few hours as they prioritised someone else's dog. One of the staff who looked hung over just whinged about being flat out and tired. All good I'll give my $90 to someone else then. Will not use again.

I had been trying for months to get my dogs in for grooming and yes I understood that they are busy / covid. I was told two weeks prior that they were not taking bookings and that I would get a call when they can fit my dogs in. When I called again, I was told that they were booked up for two weeks. I dared to ask why I was told that no appointments were being taken. The 20 something female responded with well I wasn't here then". I asked for a booking and was offered a date 4 weeks out
