Advanced Transmissions

I have been going to Advanced Transmissions for many years and have not had any issues with their workmanship.Doug is a very knowledgeable man and I have never known him to try and put it over anyone. I would not go anywhere else.

Had gear box rebuilt 3000km ago , reverse started slipping so booked it in to be looked at , waited a week to get it in , sat on a hoist for 2 weeks not touched , so i picked up vehicle , poor attitude would never recommend to anyone .Will get someone who knows what there doing to fix it also consumer affairs have been contacted

Have dealt with advance transmissions for many years. Now our children have their cars serviced there. Maybe we are old fashioned, but we prefer people to be up front & honest without the bullsh^*t.Judging from a couple of these comments, it seems some people don't like hearing the truth! Just remember there are always 2 sides to a story!

Told $150 for trimatic service,, had job done,I supplied gasket and filter kit, no problem as I had it already $10 extra for a seal fine but ended up paying $215.... Won't be going back, didn't even write kms on invoice.. Word of mouth best advertising..

Went into there early this week and I have one word for the custom service - appalling. Before you even have the displeasure of interacting with the staff, the smell hits you right in the face. It genuinely smells like a urinal in there, the stench is atrocious.If you manage to block on the smell, the sound coming out of the staff's voice is 10x worse. I simply asked for a quote regarding a transmission and I was instantly and swiftly met with hostility and passive aggressiveness. The staff member (don't remember their name) was hassling me, and mansplaining to me how to install a transmission by my self - does he not want my business if I could install a transmission by myself why would I be there buckeroo?I mistakenly went into Advanced COMMUNICATIONS thinking it was this business, and how envious I am now. The staff next door were extremely polite, wholesome and down-to-earth, a stark reflection of Advanced Transmission". They pointed me in the right direction

Good service and friendly. Doug is good at what he does.
