Not only did we have a delicious large, fresh breakfast, we were impressed by their Covid-19 practices. They had such a streamlined process that each table was sanitised and a new paper tablecloth in position before anyone was permitted to sit there. Both seats and tables received a thorough cleaning as the table was vacated.

What a classic country town cafe. Full with locals in delightful conversation, or casual friendly words with the staff. Right in the main street open and bright. Went with a winter special, Pork Roll and chips, of course. Crunchy well seasoned chips, juicey thin strips of pork in a tasty, maybe slightly over salty, jus. The bread roll perfectly robust the hold up the all the drippings. All and all a $10 bargain

The omelette was great. Service was fast enough but they weren't very friendly. So, atmosphere is a bit 'cold' and I mark down for that. It doesn't take much for a smile.

Absolutely and without a doubt best place to dine in or take-away in Charters Towers. Easy access as it is on the main street of Charters Towers and with a free parking lot found out the back. Food is amazing and always served within a reasonable time with great portion sizes and very tasty lunch specials. Staff are always welcoming and friendly, chef cooks delicious meals, coffee is among best in town. Highly recommend.

A tiny haven of flavour. Classic Australian and Italian dishes made to taste not looks. Wholeheartedly recommend visiting if you are passing through. Prices are reasonable and make for a good lunch stop during any work day.

Stopped for a late lunch and was left underwhelmed. Lamb souvlaki salad was a small handful of wilted lettuce, some preserved capsicum and cold dry lamb. Very small portions for $18. Better value for money in the middle of the outback. Not even enough to satisfy my 11 year old as a meal.

Excellent menu. Our family had breakfast of tasty eggs benidict, ice cream and waffles, cake and sausage roll. Very fast service, friendly staff, comfortable and clean. Will be back for sure! Keep up the great work!

Great service and coffee was amazing. My first time after arriving in Charters Towers over 15yrs since February. My dad goes there regularly on Thursday with local community group 6O and better.

Great place, super helpful and friendly staff, great food! We had an amazing meat pie (best one in our one month trip so far), great burger adapted for me to be gluten free... good coffee to top it off. If it wasn't 20.000km away from my home I would come regularly!

Stopped in for breakfast. Hot and delicious. The omelette went down a treat. Friendly staff. Happy to go back.
