He did some work at our property last year. He installed a water filtration system in our kitchen. We just had the filters changed and we were flabbergasted to find that he had not even removed the plastic from the filters. Which means, for the past year we have been using unfiltered water. What a joke !!!!! Such a simple task to take off plastic wrapping !!!
