I had bought a crystal candle holder with a 3D image and engraving on it online. After the purchase I had contact the shop and spoken to a lady called Araya and asked if it could be done as soon as possible as I had left it to the last minute.Araya replied with a text to let me know that she would get onto it and call with a tracking number.Araya replied in the afternoon with tracking details and it was delivered 2 days later in the morning of our anniversary. Thank you very much for the prompt and courteous service, very much appreciated.

Had some t-shirts printed. We were assisted by a lovely lady literally just 20 minutes before their closing time. She was very friendly and helpful and the printing of our design turned out even better than our expectations. Opening hours online say they open at 9am. Got there at 9 to pick up my item, no one there until 9.20. Saw the finished product and it was disappointing. Letters were peeling or something. Definitely not the quality I expected and not worth the $60 i paid for it. Was kinda embarrassed to give it as a gift to someone.

Outstanding service. Ordered the engraved photo Tuesday morning and was delivered to me Thursday morning. Anaya checked everything with me, the photo looks amazing and is beautifully packaged. Well done Anaya, fabulous to have this kind of service. Highly recommended. Was so impressed with the etched glass picture that I ordered the wooden board the following week with the same picture and wedding date engraved on it. Again incredibly impressed with Anaya’s service and hand delivered to me the day after I ordered it. Thank you Anaya.

Great service and artwork done with photo on stone frame and T-shirt.Also loved the memorials done on outdoor granite. These were very affordable and awesome. Would have cost me a lot more if done through a memorial plaque shop.Am definitely going back for more photo engravings.

I lost my little pup of 16 years this week and I purchased two photo engravings in crystal. I am so happy with how they turned out. The staff were amazing in helping choose which pictures to use and perfect in designing the perfect keepsake. So fast in producing and sending also. Good engraving work on a sentimental piece of jewellery ( a pendent) for my girlfriend for Christmas. Gave us back a different pendent though, started to rust after a couple of months. Phoned up to query and the guy was extremely rude advising me to contact the government to complain as he wouldn't take any liabilty. Steer clear of these cons with your jewellery
