I'm so happy that I booked my driver's test here at Kew!Everybody was so lovely, my anxiety was going through the roof when I came in to do my driver's test but Huey was very friendly and calm, gave very clear instructions and constructive feedback! Shabi was also a really funny guy at the entry, which made me definitely relax a little bit more :) Thanks guys for having such a good environment, definitely the opposite of what I was expecting! :D

Environment is calm and relaxed . The officers give you a positive vibe so you don’t lose your cool . My driving officer was Mr. Shabi and his professional assessment got me through tick the box . Thank you Vicroads , I had a lovely experience.

The staff here is very friendly and nice. Shout-out to Mr. Abhinav who took my test, and gave me good constructive feedback on my areas of improvement. A good center to give the drive test overall. :)

I had my drive test today at kew, the staff here were so friendly. My assessment officer Shabi was very nice and always gave me clear instructions. Many people think the traffic in kew is not perfect and it’s not very easy to pass the test. In fact as long as you follow the rules, everything will be good. Today the traffic was pretty good. I will highly recommend you to go to kew for your test:)

Completed my first driving license test here with Sandhya as my invigilator. She is very encouraging, gave clear instructions and constructive feedback at the end of the test. The customer service in Kew License Testing Centre was wonderful as the staff were really friendly and wait time was short.

Had booked my driving test here and my experience was wonderful. Everyone were very friendly and helpful. My instructor for the day was sandhya. She was very clear with instructions and was very empathetic as it was a wet rainy day. Every instruction was clear and gave enough time for me to perform them. In the end she even gave me few tips on how I can improve my driving too. Had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend this center to everyone.

Had my drive test here today, super nervous and wondering how it would go. In the end I didn't have to worry at all because the testing officer Evan was super kind - mate you're a legend - thanks for being so calm and making an effort to keep me calm too during the entire test, and also super clear instructions - I never needed to panic. Thanks so much guys at the Kew vicroads, everyone I met including the guy who signed me in and the people who tagged me through the front door (lol that front door..) everyone was so kind. Great work guys!!!

You are a joke / hypocrite with E scooter rules. If you allow lime scooters but not private owned scooters. Why allow cars if there are rental cars? Just bring in registration or GPS tracking then you will receive revenue as clearly you want taxes and fines.. Otherwise it's like living in Russia in the 90s.

Have successfully undertaken a driving test at this LTC today. The staff was incredibly supportive and polite. The location is quite convenient too despite a lot of traffic and schools/colleges around.Inside the waiting area the atmosphere is quite relaxing. Information is clearly explained and instructions during the test are also extremely understandable. Special thanks to Sandyah, the officer who took a ride with me. Appreciate the calmness and easy perceive instructions on the road. Wish all the instructors are the same but trust they are at this LTC! :)There are rumors that given this is the head office it is very hard to pass, however, as officers themselves note as long as you know the rules and have enough practice it is no way different to pass here or at any other VicRoads locations.Overall value the experience and attitude of people working here in relation to the driving tests. All the best to everyone attempting. Make sure you are all set, focused and concentrated whilst driving! Watch out for the peds and cyclists on your way in and out from the main shared area in front of the building ;)
