I went to Dune and did not have a good experience where I actually walked away from the transaction. I found the person condescending and then during a discussion about an assembly of a patio cart told me they were going to charge me to assemble it in store.I went to BCF and had a much better experience and 20.00 off. I know Dune has a good reputation but from the moment I spoke to the person I didn't enjoy the experience.
