I had my hair done by Jessica and wow did she do a great job! I had a rough idea of what I wanted but Jessica talked me through what we can achieve, what would suit me and quoted me on price before starting. I was blown away by the result I got for my hair and such professionalism for a very fair price. I will definitely be coming back to the salon next time.

My first visit at this salon but far from my last. I got out of bed and thought I have to get something done with my hair TODAY! Rang Suzie’s and Amanda answered. She was delightfully upbeat and was able to book me in with her. She cut and coloured my hair and I love it. I have had so many compliments from people who normally don’t say anything. Thank you Amanda!

Have a regular hairdresser whom gives me hints and idea's to suit my hair. Nice atmosphere friendly staff. Clean and professional.

All very lovely and just what I needed, a little pampering

I’m still recovering from hair that was so over treated that some of it melted. They wouldn’t take responsibility and still charged me for the privilege of melting it. It’s taken me a year and a half to actually write this review as I was so devastated at their treatment of me when THEY made the mistake and THEY stuffed up. If they had treated me right from the start and remedied the situation they caused and also not charged me, I wouldn’t have written this review.I was trying to hide greys in my very strong hair. They suggested I start getting foils to achieve this.One week after foils they did a Brazilian straightening which strips colour.One week late I went back to get follow up colour. Was told I should get more foils. After I questioned them and asked them if it was safe and asked for a second opinion from another hair dresser there, they said it was safe.My hair melted and they still made me pay while I was crying. I was a cancer survivor and this was horrifying.I contacted the owner who told me to come in.When she saw my hair she rudely informed me I was overacting as it had only melted in small parts and I made it sound worse than it was. She said, what did I expect when I was trying to go blond. She said “look at my blond hair. You have to expect hair to break when you try to go blond”The owner is a whitish blond with heavily over treated hair. I never asked for that. I didn’t ask for melted hair with the strongest hair you ever saw.All she offered me was a treatment, no refund and that was it.I went to a different hair dresser who was HORRIFIED at the state of my otherwise very strong, course hair. She and all the hairdressers in their salon were so upset for me. They said hair like mine is the hardest ever to destroy and can’t believe they foiled again after the Brazilian. They don’t understand why they didn’t just put a toner over it as it’s not safe to re-foil after what they had already done.I have NEVER been back and they have never bothered to contact me again.I notice they have removed reviews from their Facebook page.

Very good stylists and attentive thoughtful treatment. I was very pleased with the result. I highly recommend this salon.
