Very good service by an in particular worker at the store. Well done!!!!! He helped me find my way through the store, when i was lost so i am thankful for him and his helpfulness. Please give him a raise! he deserves it massively. Make him employee of the month!! also the shop is in terrible shape, please clean it!! Thank you.

Got followed around the store today 21/05/2023 but an older Asian woman that had a Kmart shirt on. She was invaded my privacy. I think she work there but she seemed to just spend all her day pretending to organise things right next to where I wanted to shop. I do not recommend shopping at this Kmart. Drive to casureena. You don’t get harassed by Asian workers there

The young lady on welcoming was such delight to talk to, she resolved my problem in matter of minutes.Same applied to the young lady on the store service department, it was just great visit.

TL;DR - Great staff. Made it fast and easy.I experienced really good customer service here today. I grabbed what I needed, went to the self-service, and the sales attendant helped me scan everything which made it go a lot faster. She then radioed to the lady at the front so she expected me and didn't need to check my receipt and trolley (needed the trolley for the bookshelves). I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Lovely store, well laid out, tho signage could be clearer & more regular: e.g. like a street signpost. I couldn't find yoga mats...couldn't see any sign for sport/fitness. A very helpful young staff member took me there.

Massive shout out to my man Jeremiah. He knows what you need. Couldn't find the dog food but that's alright cos Jeremiah pointed me right down the road to Coles. What a legend! His name could also be Terrence, but im not 100 percent.

Kmart is where we make a lot of purchases for household items, clothing, toys, and gifts for friends. We enjoy coming here. There is always available parking. The staff there are always so friendly. We always end up with a pleasurable experience and purchasing more than we actually went there for. They always have a good special going on and who doesn't enjoy bargains. The kids always run to browse through the toy section. Great experience.
