Friendly customer service by the team on the front desk / phone who went out of their way to help. Was able to get an appointment that day. Didn't have to wait long to get in. Will visit again.

Very impressed with the friendly and patient service received by the physio for our baby daughter. All the ladies behind the counter knew we had traveled from Tom Price and even gave us a discount, definitely worth the drive!

It's hard to give the medical centre 2 stars, because the reception and doctors have been fantastic and I have no complaints. What disappointed me is post vasectomy I needed to be checked for fertility. The pathology representative looked at me with disdain, and made me feel like I was asking for something outrageous and disgusting. She gave me no real practical information, and scoffed go to the hospital and try there". I was very disappointed with the way I was treated with a genuine and important request. I bet pap smears are not treated in the same way."
