PALANE Kennels & Cattery

We had our cat minded for a month while overseas. First time we've used this cattery. Very happy with his stay at Palane. He was obviously in very good care. Came home happy and contented.

I can always trust and Rely on Helen & Le with my fur babies. They always take really good care and treat them like their own. The moment my babies see them at reception, their tails are wagging and that's how i know they are comfortable with me leaving them there. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Nice owners who care for the animals. Only issue is leeches. Our puppy came back covered in leech bites (around 7-10). I understand they can be harmless, but they can also carry diseases. So I don’t think it is appropriate to have a kennel in a place infested with leeches. If it wasn’t for this issue, we would be coming back. They did give us a towel so the blood didn’t get onto the car seat, which was considerate

Pets are well cared for and they took four of my pets at quite short notice. We have used them a number of times.

we took our dog there over Xmas and new year . he was very happy when we picked him up . lady who runs it was very professional and answered any worries I had . I had heard negative things which was gossip . we can tell if our dog was looked after. as he showed no signs of distress we knew he was happy . . would use this service again . only thing was we never got a tour of the kennels when we dropped him of .

First time we took our pet to a kennel and I was super nervous however the staff here, particularly Helen were lovely and made our puppy very welcome. They were also very professional and understanding as we needed to rearrange our dates last minute and they accommodated right away. Thanks so much, we will be back :)

They weren't able to take my dog on for boarding but did help point me in the right direction of another reputable kennel. Really appreciated the honest help. Several other kennels I have contacted haven't been as helpful as these guys!

Left our dog there for 2 nights while we were in the blue mountains.Would never leave her there again.When we went to collect her she was cowering in the back of her concrete cell. Obviously traumatised. The place stunk like you wouldn't believe and she wouldn't go anywhere near the staff member who came down with me. I had to go right into the back of the cell to calm her down.We were not allowed to see the facilities before we left her there but they seemed professional enough. If I had been able to see where she would be housed beforehand we would never have left our dog with them. Not in a million years.She had stayed at kennels a couple of times before and the experience had always been great. Not so at Palane. It took her hours to recover. I fear we may have scarred her for life. Its days later as I am writing this and I certainly still haven't recovered from the experience.I can not stress this strongly enough Do NOT leave your dog here!

My partner and I have entrusted the care of our dogs and cat with Palane Kennels for many years. Helen and Leigh provide a great service. Poppy (the dog) gets real excited when we turn into Clearview Parade. I can’t recommend this business enough.
