I got my nails done here and they are the best I have ever seen in my life. I will never get my nails done somewhere else. Only if I move to a different place.

This has been my go-to nail place for years and I've never had an issue with the quality of work. I'm not too sure if theres been a change in management or overall new staff members, but on the last two or three occasions that I have visited this nail salon, I have been very disappointed with the quality of work. I went in for a mani & pedi a few days ago and noticed that they didn't even clean the foot spa bowl before or after I had my pedicure done, only for another lady to come in and sit down right after me. I was disgusted. The quality of work has decreased as I had asked for a french style pedicure and it was crooked and uneven. I had asked for them to please fix it as I had an event coming up and the lady got annoyed with me. After my last experience, I will not be visiting again.

I use to go to this salon for acrylic nails for years , but haven't actually been in years either, so I took my daughter their for a Classic Manicure and I myself had a Classic Mani and Pedi.... my daughters nail polish starting coming off immediately as soon as we got home. I had ask for normal nail polish (on my own natural nails) because I didn't want to pay the extra $10 for shellac but she painted my nails shellac anyway and charged me the extra $10..... this place has really gone downhill with professionalism.I have always felt the Vietnamese staff are rude and ALWAYS speak loudly in there cultured language, I once put them on Google Translate and wow! they need to be careful what they say. The only friendly staff was not of Vietnamese decent and she was the one who took my booking at the front desk, she too also asked me if I wanted to pay the extra $10 for Shellac and I said NO! but they still managed to NOT LISTEN and paint my nails with Shellac. ( after 3 days it was coming off anyway )Also I agree with a lot of the reviews in reference to hygiene, its very dirty and how do I know the foot bath is clean and has clean water?? its already filled when you sit down??I was definitely once" a satisfied customer

It was my very first time visiting this salon I asked for a nice light blue and got what I wanted but I have 2 things that were not good for my first experience. 1. The lady who was doing my nails kept nudging my arm and yelling at me to put my arm down when I was fixing my position. 2. 5/10 of my nails were all crooked and I was mad I asked her to fix it but she kept ignoring me and talking to the staff I don't think she was focused because she spent at least 2 minutes doing my nails which no offence is too quick she wouldn't take her time and I was livid I would recommend coming here again but would like to have a different staff member to do my nails.

Not satisfied the service. My mother in law not very happy her nails polish done.

Very happy with my nails getting SNS, price was reasonable and the people were so lovely great customer service.Would definitely recommend and be back.

Been coming here for awhile now and never had any issues with my SNS, Acrylics or Soft Gel. Always happy with the service

Was left “soaking” in cold water for over 20 mins while they did each others nails, no one else was in the store at the time. No spa powder was put into the water and only one foot was scrubbed during the pedicure. The end result wasn’t bad just the experience.
