Pay for 7 day week delivery, papers either arrive late or not at all. Not happy. Please explain.

Many papers do not arrive at property. Thrown from car window hits fence and lands in street. That is not delivery! Papers get taken by passersby as they aren't delivered onto property! Refuse to pay for undelivered papers!

we have prepaid for 7 day delivery for 12 mths, many of sun news paper dont get delivered. Sometimes it is on the front foot path, other times on the road/gutter, at times,neighbors have got mine on their front nature strips . Hard to contact a person that cares enough to correct this problem. WE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WHEN THE LOCAL NEWSAGENT USED TO DELIVERED OUR PAPER.
