Five Star Appliances
It is quite difficult to find this establishment. You have to enter the driveway and make your way in and turn left. Five stars is at the end. It is quite a small shop but does what they do best. It is under new management now.

Was told a repair person would be coming early morning. Waited until 12pm and no one turned up. Phoned up to see what was happening and was told the repair person was off sick. Nobody had bothered to phone and tell me this and I had changed another appointment to fit in with these guys. Absolutely useless.

Did not find this business very helpful at all. The lights on my range hood were not working. Driver needed replacing. Was advised as it was out of warranty they would not come out to look at it. On there website they advertised they would still look after me" if my appliance was out of warrant. They lied. They then said if I could bring in my range hood they would look at it

Charged $800 to repair our Dishwasher. Clearly had no clue what was the matter with it so just put new parts in. After they had in in the workshop for two weeks they declared it fixed. Shortly after we got it back it broke again with very similar symptoms. They declared it was a different fault and wanted $200 more to fix that. Needless to say don't trust these people, they have no clue what they are doing.Does anyone want a broken dishwasher for $800?

I could not recommend Ross and the team from 5 star appliances more! Ross really knows his stuff and you can tell he has been in the business for a long time. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain the issues to me and options of how it could be resolved. He even went out of his way to do the repairs in the workshop and provide the most cost effective solution.If you need appliance repairs, you are in great hands by using these guys! 10/10

I ordered a couple of parts for my Dish Washer, despite being many different models they got the right one first time and delivered inside a week at a much more cost effective price than their online competition. They were very helpful, gave me some tips for fitting and have been fantastic to deal with and know their stuff for sure! Good to know quality service and support still exists in a post COVID 2022 world! Highly recommended!

Very friendly and professional. On time and went the extra mile taking new oven out of car and helping me remove old one. Had great knowledge and gave very helpful advice on how to best use my new oven. This is the third time I have used Five-star and they have never disappointed. Highly recommend.
