Eleni's Yoga and Movement Studio

Eleni is a passionate yoga instructor who always ensures you feel safe and welcome. She constantly challenges you but also gives you different choices of postures at the same time. Always full of energy and with an unbeatable sense of humour, she creates a friendly environment and keeps a nice flow. After our yoga classes, I feel relaxed, more flexible, and recharged. You can’t feel the time passing it’s like you can’t get enough of being there , present and in the moment.Such a lovey and lively person! She nourishes your soul and body . Eleni is an absolute gem and is truly a motivating and joyous person to be around. In the 5 weeks I've been doing Eleni's classes I no longer get hip pain and I feel so much stronger. As the classes are small, Eleni is able to pay attention to all her students and correct our poses/movements. The classes are always so much fun! Thank you Eleni for making fitness fun!

Eleni takes the time to observe and improve posture in the most encouraging of ways. Class sizes are small and every class is customised to your specifc requirement for that day. Eleni is a master at catching you making mental lists" and bringing you back to practise....I always leave a session feeling refreshed and emotionally nourished."

Eleni is just the best what can I say her smile and energy always lift the room,No Matter what you have got going on in your world once you enter those doors to her class all is forgotten. With all the crazy stuff going on today it's nice to have this escape.She is very passionate caring and thoughtful. I couldn't ask for a better Yoga teacher. As mentioned by others I am also very grateful to be one of her yogis.While the classes are challenging she will always adjust to suit individual needs and abilities.You will not regret this I can promise you. Highly recommended!Eleni is the best yoga instructor I have ever met and I feel very blessed to have found Eleni.I am an absolute beginner to yoga but I can already see myself becoming a long-term member at Eleni's Yoga and Movement Studio. At the beginning I was afraid that my body was not capable or flexible enough to continue yoga but the lessons I experienced are fabulous and there are various techniques and different postures in each class which you can easily follow :)I am now a complete yoga devotee !
