The Team at Chinchilla Dental Practice and Dr Don are fantastic. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They have been a family dentist for years and have always gone above and beyond for all of us.

Chinchilla Dental Practice were extremely welcoming and comforting. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 8 years due to anxiety, however the team at Chinchilla Dental Practice were extremely caring and kind which eased my nerves. I would like to especially thank Kayla Honnery, she was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. I would also like to thank Dr Kelvin Lin, he answered all my questions thoroughly and was extremely kind. I would also like to mention dental assistant Glaidel Tejadai, she was all smiles and really kind. She made me feel extremely comfortable while she was assisting Dr Kelvin Lin. All in all, the overall staff were extremely nice and all had a beautiful demeanour about themselves. My experience at this dental practice has eased my nerves and I am happy to say I will definitely not be leaving my next dental visit another 8 years purely because of how kind and caring everyone was. Chinchilla Dental Practice is a brilliant practice. Their communication is very active & responses are always timely. They are a professional, polite team who always make you feel so welcome walking through the door. Dr Don is a fantastic Orthodontist. He is punctual, gentle & very professional. His many years experience is portrayed within his work - absolutely recommend.

All staff at Chinchilla Dental Practice from the receptionists, to the Dentists, the Dental Hygienist and their support staff are totally professional, competent, polite, courteous and are exceptionally customer centric. They all make me feel very relaxed and at ease. The examination/ assessment protocol they have in place is thorough, logical and professional. The dental staff leave nothing to chance and quickly establish a very accurate, thorough base-line status from which to work (and reference). They explain each step of the “induction” before proceeding so that you are never left wondering what they are doing (or going to do) and why.I have been under the care of Dr Don and Dr Tushaan for several years who have both treated me for various issues and have also created crowns for my teeth. The results are always absolutely astonishing and workmanship is second to none! They are very professional, empathetic to the effects of any procedures, explained what they are about to do and of any possible pain that could be experienced and always instruct me to let them know immediately if I wanted proceedings to be suspended. Practice Manager Karen is absolutely wonderful she will always ensure you are seen to if you have any emergencies, even after hours. Recently after being seen by Dr Tushaan for an emergency appointment he personally called me to check in and offered further support over a weekend if it was required.Given the very high-level of professionalism, competence and customer service shown by all the staff, I feel that their prices for their services are very reasonable. I highly recommend Chinchilla Dental Practice to anyone wanting only the best care of their teeth and smile.
