Melanie has been an excellent Property Manager securing very good tenants for my property. I asked another Real Estate agent to help me but they delayed me for weeks and found reasons not to help me. But Melanie did not waste any time and had open for inspections straight away. My only regret is I did not ask for Melanie to help months ago, my mistake. I recommend Melanie if you want excellent communication and professional service.

My property was well managed by my property manager Melanie. She is responsive and have been taken quick actions to get issues resolved. As I can see, she communicates well with the renters and make sure to get rental payments on time. In a recent case, she gave me good advice to find alternative solutions to get the electrical requirements done in a lower cost. I am very satisfied with her service and she is one the best manager that I have experienced among the five to six managers managing my property before.

I have been working with the same property manager now for over 5 years and I dare say she is the best property manager, I have ever worked with . She is very respectful and she listens and she gets stuff done. She comes in for inspection after adequate notice and she makes very professional comments. I totally recommend Together realty only because , they take the stress out of renting.
