We used Phil for a large structure verandah over a pool. It was far from a standard project. Phil's level of knowledge and processes were clear from our first meeting. He delivered what he said in terms of getting the project completed within a tight deadline, was a good communicator, easy to access and deal with. He was approachable and responded quickly to any questions.The contractors who installed the verandah were very careful and highly attentive to detail. It was a pleasure to watch them blowing dust off each sheet before carefully putting it up as well as cleaning dust from the fence and surrounds. This level of care can be difficult to find.I would happily recommend Premium Home Improvements as well as use them again.

Thank you to Philip Tirri and his Professional team, who have recently completed our Multispan Gable Outback Veranda incorporating a flat structure with a bay window and a slatted Fence.Scope of works was huge, from removing of old timber pergola and fence and all posts, tradies on site for this were excellent and very well organized, a Big thank you to Duro and Drago who assembled the new pergola and fencing posts, their quality of workmanship and attention to detail speaks for itself, very polite with a good sense of humor.All the other Tradies such as the Plummer, Sparky and the Fencing Gentleman all very polite and professional.Would Highly recommend for all your outdoor areas.
