Jo Wheatley All Abilities Play Space
Beautiful huge play space... but not suitable for Perth summers! Most of the play structures are in full sun and there are metal components such as a merry go round and slide. We went in late Spring and my son's hands were hot from trying to scale the wooden structure, he would have burnt himself going down the slide. Such a pity, it really needs some shade sails.

Really interesting playground for kids. Lots of areas for play, fairly quiet and has BBQ’s, flying fox and plenty of shade. Includes ping pong tables as well. But the best part was that we got a constant ocean breeze the whole time we were here. “The beach Jerry, the beach!”

Nice park, safe and fun, gates which makes it easier for those who have wisely kids. Worth the visit and a good picnic spot.

Lovely location along the river, and lots for kids of all ages to do and play on. Only slight disappointment was the lack of shaded areas and seating, would be nice especially in summer to have a bit more shade. But otherwise it is a nice playground, very enjoyable for the kids.

We've visited here twice now and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves both times. It's a lovely, large, enclosed space with plenty of seating and some tables and lots of different play areas, including the flying fox, a sensory garden, swings, a roundabout that fits wheelchairs, and a seniors area. There are toilets close by which we haven't had to use yet but my friend said there wasn't a changetable. Lots of parking and shaded areas. A great addition to the Perth playground scene!

Huge playground with an epic flying fox. Clean BBQs and its situated right on the river. Great for a day out.Only downside was the Kookaburra that stole a sausage off our BBQ. He did look happy though.

Fantastic playground for the smaller kids, only let down is there's no big slide for the bigger kids.Plenty of seating and shaded areas right next to the river, lots of parking as well.Good overall.

Great park and location. Lots of things to do for kids of all ages. Definitely worth multiple visits.Three points to note:The playground does have official open and closing times depending on season.The toilets onsite were locked the day we went there so had to use the ones out of the play area. These run low on toilet paper and no soap supplied.The tables and BBQ areas seem to be squeezed in, so if you have a bigger party id look elsewhere.On a weekday the place is quite, weekends bar every busy but still there is enough play equipment to cater for everyone.

Amazing inclusive playspace with lots of different areas to keep kids and adults entertained. Loved that there were heaps of toilets and barbeques too! Will definitely be back.
