Worst company in the world, please dont rent any apartment from this company!

Tara does not reply to phone calls, texts or emails – half of my block has been complaining to her about her unruly tenants for months on end and she has done nothing whatsoever to rectify the situation.

After a neighbour complaining about the lack of action in regards to 19 ocean street north it was pretty obvious some false, quick fix 5 star reviews were left to try and rectify it.Tara has invalidated me countless times when trying to make a complaint in regards to these neighbours from hell. It’s pretty much a backpackers hostel with multiple young party goers in each apartment (there’s 6 units). Telling my neighbours when asking them to be quiet to “ shut up and go have a drink” they have been vile, rude and relentless when it comes to their partying and I’m at a widths end. Tara kept ignoring my emails asking for her boss’s contact number as I was unhappy with how the complaints were being handled.We love our home so much but this hostel and the people running it are making our lives hell

I have had a great time in this place. It is so nice and close to the beach. Happy with Tara service
