Vet was rude and rough with our puppy.Don’t know his name , as he didn’t even bother to introduce himself . He never asked us what we were feeding him, never told us if he was a healthy weight etc etc . We were so disappointed as we had so many questions but felt like we couldn’t ask them.Time to retire old man, you have lost your bedside manner.

Every single person who works there is kind, empathetic and worth their weight in gold. I had a very sick puppy and through their kindness, care and compassion she went from possibly not surviving on a Monday to taking her home on Friday. Poppy got the best care imaginable and I got some piece of mind knowing she was looked after so thoroughly. I can’t recommend them highly enough, thank you so much!!

I'm impressed! Found this clinic for my cat's dental cleaning procedure as the price was much more reasonable. Not only the procedure went well, every nurse I spoke to was so knowledgeable and so lovely. My experience has been positive. Only if the clinic was closer to my place I would've been happier!

Truly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a vet. Wanted to put our dog under for a hang nail. Initially told us to come back tomorrow even though our dog was in pain.When asked why he became exasperated and aggressive. When the nail was being removed the nurse “muzzled” our four kilo dog with her hand. Truly awful do you not use.

I was 8 minutes late to my appointment and they cancelled on me at the door because I was quote, unquote 10 minutes late?There is legitimately no parking near this vet and the receptionists are woefully bad at any form of customer service. Id taken a morning off work to make this happen.Waste of my time and a waste of their own time.

The Nurses and reception are lovely at this place, especially Teniki, she is a blessing to have in the animal field.We have been a long term client at this clinic, however, our experiences with the vets have been horrible in the past 2 years we have taken our dog in for medical attention.We have had two disastrous operations, which led to multiple visits which should have never happened, and our latest experience resulting in our dog needing emergency care elsewhere.

I will echo many of the others here - the reception staff and nurses were very nice - Dr John on the other hand is a very cold vet, lacking in any bedside manner - handled our 12 week old pup with no warmth or care. Left us in silence as he tapped away on the computer with almost zero communication. No rapport at all. Do not recommend. If they werent the only vet open on Sunday nearby, I doubt many would be returning to John. He's probably a competent vet, but the experience was actually quite off-putting.

Took my dog there with lump on her back, was told after spending $1000 on blood test & biopsy that it was just a muscle issueFew months later my dog had to be put down couldn’t move or get up, found massive Tumor in her spine & stomach, another $2000 & no apology,took my other dog there after he had trouble walking properly, told it’s a back strainTook to different vet for second opinionAfter X-rays, & blood test, found to have disc problem in back, that requires surgeryLong story short,Wouldn’t recommend this vet to anyoneConsidering legal action
