Is Aussie mcd as good as Malaysian mcd? My gf is convince the mcd in Malaysia is better, so we order a grill chicken burger and a double quarter pounder. The verdict. The quarter pounder seems pretty similar, whereas the grill chicken burger was no good. The chicken was definitely overcooked and dry. In the end although the quarter pounder felt almost similar, I didn't have the same inclination of going to mcd in aussie compared to Malaysia mcd. There definitely more varieties and choices in Malaysia mcd and some of the burger is better.

Visited approx 4.45pm on Wed 3/5, order number 137, cost $43.30 from memory. This was the most expensive, frustrating and disappointing McDonalds experience I've ever had.I was the only one waiting in-store. The wait felt like forever, likely somewhere around 15 mins, but may have been even longer (perhaps you could see it in your records??). Burgers were cold and didn't taste fresh at all, chips cold and ended up in bin. Requested no pickles on the three double cheeseburgers but got pickles on two of the three (got one right I suppose). Crammed 5 burgers (2 big macs and 3 double cheeseburgers) and 2 large fries all into a single paper bag which fell apart when I got back to the car. To his credit, the young male team member personally came up to me with the bag of food and apologised - though I still don't understand why the order took so long.Anyway, this was a McDonalds outlet I rated as one of the better ones until now. Prices up, quality down, service down and, now, one customer down.The visit was supposed to be a treat/celebration for my dad coming home after over 2 months in hospital, I was left regretting this decision.

There should be a thorough clean once a week for a restaurant that’s open 24/7. This is disgusting to be sitting underneath while eating.

We tried the Raspberry and Custard pie, they were really tasty, especially at $1.50.We ordered at the machine and the staff member who brought them to us was friendly.The branch looks like it has had some investment at some point, everything looked fresh and clean. The cafe section had a lovely display of cakes.There is also a children's play area.

Ordered via the app, a couple of the Angus burgers.. unfortunately both burgers were very dry and unpalatable.. we haven't been for a while and quickly got reminded why. Given there are loads of burger options available out there, Macca's will have to lift it's game for what is supposed to be their 'premium' burger.

I really don't like the drive thru set up. Was in line behind a car for 2 mins then got to the speaker and they served a car that just showed up in the other lane. That same thing has happened to me before a number of times.

Don't bother with drive through they can't take your order or be bothered to serve you at window. Had to enter and order after talking to store manager. At least got order correct.

Ava was such a delightful person . She assisted me with my order , not knowing how to do the self ordering. The service from other staff was also a credit to the management. With The Cup happening today I expected stress but the staff were friendly, happy and very respectful. The food would be the best I have ever had. Freshly cooked, and tasted great. So unexpected. Coffee was perfect, which doesn't always happen. A true credit to the management and licence owner. Such a pleasure to visit.
