There was a mix up with my click and collect and the manager, Emily, was extremely kind and helpful. She fixed it all up and even offered to drop it off to me personally to make sure everything was perfect! Thank you for going above and beyond.

Took my BC to get her washed after a muddy play sesh and the DIY pet wash station was great. Not to mention the lovely and helpful staff there!

My puppy had his first grooming session here, the staff were so lovely. He had to wait 15mins after his grooming for me to get back to collect him but I'm sure he didn't care. He was doted on by all the staff and got to tour the shop floor with staff. Thanks everyone ☺️
