VIP Car Care in Clovelly

**********BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE**********Booked to have my car buffed with this business. Car had been scratched and I explained this to them extensively on the phone. They quoted $320 to come out and do with the bonus of an interior clean. Once the technician came out he stated he would try but thinks the scratches were through the clear coat, which they clearly weren’t. I left him to it as he said it would take a least a few hours to do. Came back an 1.5 hours later, he has finished the interior clean and now stated he can not do the buffing. He couldn’t be bothered as he was sweating in the sun and told me to see a panel painting repair shop. He charged me $160 for the interior clean which I did not actual need or book for. I complained to the office stating it was NOT what I needed doennand the job booked had not even been attempted and $150 call out fee!Management was rude and offered a $50 refund which I declined. Since we have had the car buffed and it looks like new! ($250) No scratches , just another business that doesn’t take customers for granted. POOR JOB AND SERVICE.
