Be very careful which room you book as there is a large difference between refurbished rooms at the back vs rooms at the front. Most of the photos on google and positive ratings appear to be from refurbished rooms. Rooms offered at the front are old, basic but at least the floors were clean.

Stayed for 2 nights. Clean and quiet. SIept well both nights... so that's a good thing. Rooms were fine. Had the basic amenities so nothing to complain about.I would have liked a couple of single beds but other than that it was pretty good!

Had 3 nights that I had purchased on Travel Auctions. Had the opportunity to pay more and have one of the super upgraded rooms, however I happen to like Retro 70's and I wasn't disappointed. Big room with super comfy bed and pillows. Room and bathroom really clean. To my surprise there was a small kitchenette with a microwave and plates and cutlery which I found very handy.Very friendly and welcoming staff at reception

The entrance and exterior to this venue was uninspiring. However, the Superior Queen Room was superb! It was in excellent condition, clean and well equipped. The kitchenette had a sink and all washing up gear was provided. There was a good stock of tea and coffee. The complimentary biscuits were a nice touch. The shower was great. There were lounge chairs as well as a counter area with bar stools for dining. There were shelves for 2 suitcases. The free Wifi connection was good. Paper and plastic recycling was encouraged. There was a covered BBQ and outdoor eating area. Parking was easy to access. Although situated on a busy road, we heard no traffic noise. A superior room, for sure!

Perfect refurbished room. Spotlessly clean, well set out with good storage and very comfortable bed. Host was lovely and very helpful. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be happy to stay here again.

Clean and tidy motel. Good hot shower and a comfortable bed. Old motel but was ok for the price. Reception staff very friendly and hospitable. I thought I'd taken a few photos of the room , but obviously not
