Appalling communication on behalf of the area manager for Brisbane. It has been 2 months and I am still waiting for an explanation for the inequitable discount applied to family fees during a period of centre renovations. The responses I *have* received completely ignore the issue, instead attempt to deflect my questions and consider them as 'feedback' in a poor attempt to placate me. Given we are clients paying for a service, it is unprofessional and underhanded to be indirectly told that we won't be given the required information into how our child's daily fees are broken down and distributed, and how discounts to said daily fees are determined based on the breakdowns. Untenable conduct on behalf of someone responsible for liaising with families, especially considering that I'll eventually run into her in person at my child's centre.

Yet again another rise in child care fees for the World of Learning's. Child care is seriously becoming out of reach for families and the CEO appears to be out of touch with families.
