I'm amazed with some of the reviews to this place. I've only come here to drop in some scripts for the GP centre I work at around the counter. Although waiting time for medications are long, I think every chemist has their wait times. The staff I have come into contact with have been friendly and understandably hospitable to all my requests and needs. One time they did do a check to see if I was an employee of the GP practice I work at as I was picking up numerous amounts of medications, but you can understand that I could have been anybody who wanted medications for fun.So hands up, keep up the good work guys.

The lady behind the pharmacy counter was very helpful, she even called the doctor to arrange for my baby to be seen straight away. The staff are always extra helpful and friendly :)

I usually got to Chemist Warehouse at Wyong but today I happen to be in the Bateau Bay Mall and had my script for 5m Ramipril with me. Go the same Pharmacy brand with no concession that usual costs me $7.99 and at TerryWhite was charged $12.99!!! a extra $5! thats 63% more expanice!!! Thats is crazy! What a rip off! NEVER GETTING MY SCRIPTS AGAIN AT TERRYWHITE Avoid, Avod, Avoid. So disappointing!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Staff is arrogant and rude. Told a 15minute wait and 40 mins later still waiting on a script because the pharmacist was taking an important personal call instead of doing his job.

Amazing service! My husband had a life threatening reaction to a vaccine recently. The staff were immediate in giving epi-pen injections, calling an ambulance and supporting us both through the ordeal. Can not thank them enough!!
