Best nail place I have been too. The girls are so polite; they check in the whole time they're with you asking what shape, length, and if you're happy with what they're doing. They take their time!! They always do such an amazing job. I recieve non-stop compliments about my nails everyday at work/outside of work. This is the last nail place I will ever go too. You can't get better than Professionail.

Booking is essential for this store. Their work is very professional and delicate. It stays on my nail for a month to 6 weeks easily. You can see in picture that I took BEFORE take it off by them and put a new design on. It Kept me happy for 6 weeks every day. It never came off. Never troubled me. Highly recommended.

I don't normally get manicures but this place has made me want to keep coming back. I here a few weeks ago to get my nails done for my wedding and they turned out perfect, have just come back today to remove them and get a subtle but fun design and Lily has done an amazing job again. The staff are so professional and nice and have definitely made me want to keep coming back with their incredible work.

Unlike other places that I’ve been to where they brush you off so they can move on to the next customer or jump between customers so they can maximise the profits, Nina and Sam always strive for the best customer service. They are attentive and accomodating. They won’t stop until you are happy with the result. The price is very reasonable and competitive. I highly recommends this nail salon.

They did the job and get it done quickly, I was in and out in 45mins with a full acrylic set for $55. Compared to other places this price is reasonable and will be coming back mainly because they are quick and the work is neat. Gave 4 stars because they are a bit rough but my fingers were not sore after because they are careful around the cuticle and natural nail.

Came in with my mum and sister to get our nails done for my sisters wedding. Mum and my sister were not sure what they should have done, but the girls made great suggestions and the final result was brilliant. We had arm massages (which i have never had when getting my nails done) which was so nice! These girls at are friendly, polite and know what they are doing. Our nails turned out fantastic! The three of us were extremely happy! Thank you so much! Our nails looked awesome in the wedding photos! Highly recommended! A++ Please do not waste your time going to a Nail Salon in Miranda Westfield's. This is the Nail Salon to check out. Thank you once again!

Wow I’m so glad I found this gem of a nail salon. Best nail place I have ever been to!! All the girls are so lovely and professional and stick to their appointment times. The first nail salon I’ve been to where they turn people away when they are actually busy rather then overbook and then rush your nails. My nails always turn out exactly how I like them and they are super hygienic and just so thankful I found them

I went to to get infills on my nail thinking nothing would happen and it would be the normal procedure but they tore 4 nails off so I changed my mind to just get them all taken off because it would be too expensive. When taking the nail off my thumb they cut it and it started bleeding after stating that my nails were thin. She then proceeded to put ACETONE on it making it sting even more. The service was horrible and do not recommend anyone to go here. They still charged me $15 after destroying my nails and making me bleed. 1 star is even too much for this service.
