I have used Joseph Medcalf twice now and each time the experience has been trouble free. Nothing we asked of Cody was a problem. I would highly recommend them as they a difficult time in my life much easier to bear.

All members of the team were compassionate, understanding and displayed patience and genuine care in supporting the family. The dignity and efficiency with which they conducted their business took pressure off the family and that was much appreciated.

Andrew looked after our dear Dad, Ivan’s funeral just over 5 years ago and did an outstanding job! And yesterday Andrew and Jayson looked after our darling Brother, Johnny’s funeral and must say again, they did an outstanding job, they went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, even with some last minute requests. Johnny’s wife, Janette and our families are so grateful for the very professional, personalised care and service they provided, they made it all so easy for us during this most difficult time in our lives. Michelle and the team at Joseph Medcalf Belmore were a great help in arranging my grandmother’s funeral. They were attentive, understanding and patient with me and my family during this difficult time. She embraced our cultural death traditions/rituals well. Making these arrangements with Michelle was very seamless and communication was not an issue with the team, especially in the lead-up to the funeral.
