I will say the amount of times I've been here, the food is always great but when you have staff who do not care about their customers than there is a problem.I was standing in there for atleast 10/15 minutes today just wanting to buy 2 drinks and some food for my trip back home which mind you I had ready and sitting on the counter waiting to pay for, the guy serving saw me standing there as other people walked in and completely ignored me and served everyone else that walked in after me. I ended up walking out without buying anything. So rude!

Horrible place men's toilet was a shocking mess food in the hot box was dry and discusting the girl serving didn't care what you asked for it all seamed to much problem.. asked for chicken salt got no salt.. my sons sandwich was stale and he chucked it in the bin ....the toilets were not a one of either been there in the past and were filthy then .. will.never go there again bloody Horrible place .. food inspector should look at the kitchen for sure

Stopped here today and bought a couple of pies for lunch. They would have to be the worst pies we’ve had, ever. Over salted, soggy pastry and Luke warm. Yuck.

Great place, a large variety of hot foods and snacks, lovely young man always serves me with great pleasure, toilets could use a clean though, otherwise awesome place highly recommend!!

Poor customer service. No courtesy hello, thank you or goodbye. Not in a hurry to try to minimise the queue. Going elsewhere.

Routinely stop here on Tamworth to Brisbane trips. Good range of hot food and drinks. About a 10 min wait for burgers; but well worth the wait. Friendly & welcoming staff. Reasonable price for fuel. Facilities area basic, but exactly what's needed for a quick stop out of the elements. I'm happy to stop back here anytime.

I met the most awesome lady Katrina a nurse who saved my life when my cards wouldn't work to pay for my diesel in a motorhome. This kind of kindness just come straight from Katrina's heart. She had never even met me before. So the moral of the story. Always help people out whenever u can. Now I know I would do the same for Katrina or someone else. Just be kind to people. Share the love. A huge huge thank u Katrina. You are one amazing woman. Sending love yr way my dear. Xx
