I recently visited Pishon in Chatswood and I have to say, it was a great experience. The location is absolutely fantastic - right in the heart of Chatswood, making it a super convenient spot to grab a quick coffee or bite to eat.The atmosphere of the cafe was really cozy and welcoming, with plenty of seating inside. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming, and the seating is quiet and good for you to chill out.I had a latte and it was perfectly made - smooth and creamy with just the right amount of coffee flavor. I also tried one of their sandwiches and it was fantastic - fresh and flavorful, with high-quality ingredients.

1st time here cause I wanted to try bingsu. Place is small, but clean, staff are friendly I suppose. Service is not bad either. Bingsu was good, not too sweet even my partner who doesn't like sweet stuff liked it.

Dropped by for a quick bingsoo craving. The place was nice and cosy and the bingsoo came out really quick. Just wish we chose a different flavour as they had to use frozen mango since it's not in season.

Lovely little coffee/bistro shop to chill and catch up with friends. Don’t loiter here as they’ve got a 1-hour limit at tables - a reasonable request when it gets busy and you’re not polite to be here with your laptop and one coffee spending hours. Tasty boutique coffees, such as Taro, Chestnut flavours and more, and delicious cakes. Had a very tasty and creamy Vienna Coffee. Lovely and friendly staff.

It's a nice atmosphere inside, feels very cozy, especially with the friendly service. The occasional kpop track mixed in amongst other popular music created a pleasant atmosphere to sit and talk, as the volume level and balance is just right.The chai latte and Belgian waffles were too sweet but tasted nice with the maple syrup and creamy scoop of ice cream. I would go there again to try something different from their menu.

Good coffee but unfortunately bad customer service.I've ordered a take away cappuccino and they gave a boiled one.I've asked for an extra cup to put underneath in order to be able to handle it and instead, the zero smile girl gave me a single napkin which didn't solve anything.I reached the office and my heand was burning. I've complained in front of 40 people about it.Piece of advice: next time waste an extra cup and smile and you might get a new regular customer instead of a bed reputation with 40 people.

We bought the matcha chiffon cake. The cream and the sponge was light and airy and sweet.The hot chocolate was warm and not too sweet.The price of one piece of cake is a bit high at $8.8.

Ordered the mocha cake. I had called in a day in advance and prebooked the cake. I chose Pishon Chatswood based on my past experience, which was good. All I needed the cake to be was coffee flavour. When I picked up the cake I was disappointed with it's presentation. But, hoping it tasted good, I went ahead with the purchase. On cutting the cake I realized it's a ring cake with the center filled with cream. On top of it all, the cake barely had any flavor of coffee. Only the darkish swirl on the top of the icing had some coffee in it. For a $48.5 cake I expected more. Will not order cake again from here. This kind of cake retails for $22 in other stores with the ring shape clearly visible.
