Majestic Cleaning Pros

We used Majestic Clean for our end of lease cleaning. Showed up on time, nice guys, Niroj and his colleague cleaned our place. We had to get carpet cleaning and you could see a noticeable improvement in the carpets. My partner and I have fairly high standards of cleanliness and we were very satisfied with the service. Cleaned every nook and cranny, the blinds were finally white again lol, and what they did with the oven was magic. Sujan and Mina as well on the admin side were very responsive and courteous throughout the whole process from start to finish.

Tremendous! Absolutely Tremendous!This was our first move from a rental and I was scared about the thought of trying to find a company to clean the place. Not because we weren't clean, but because I have heard the horror stories about Property Managers being so picky when it comes to vacate cleaning.I researched a few companies and decided to go with Majestic. Man!, What can I say!, They are the real deal and obviously take pride in what they do!, They E-Mailed me the day prior to confirm the job was still on and when they arrived I just let them do their thing and left.Seven hours later, I was in the car heading back to the place and I got a call from them to let me know they were ready to do a walk through with me. I was hesitant to enter because I didn't want to walk on the clean floors haha. They informed me that they had not done the floors yet so I could walk through without making a mess haha.The whole property and I really do mean the whole property! was the cleanest I have ever seen it. It was even cleaner before we moved in haha!They had an easy pay on site system so making the payment was a breeze!.They took before and after photos and sent them too me witch was a massive bonus!They were super friendly and professional!To be honest, they just looked like they really gave a damn about their work and I absolutely love that!Thank you guys and have a blessed day!

Kudos for the end of lease clean.House was left like brand new, everything was spotless.I was a bit sceptical with the upfront payment at first but everything went really good.Communication was perfect. Cleaners also came on time.Will definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend Majestic Cleaning Pros, they did an outstanding job on my 2x2 recent rental vacate clean, the place looked immaculate, cleaner than I had ever seen it. They always answered the phone quickly when I called, they even answered outside of business hours and they were very professional, helpful and reassuring. They easily quoted me quickly for the job and took the initiative to look at photos of the property online to accurately quote me accordingly, instead of just guessing the sizing of the property. This saved me time as I was very busy and stressed trying to move house and they made it a quick and easy process for me. They worked with me to book in my clean before the end of my lease, were very responsive through all forms of communications and have an easy online payment system. After the end of lease bond inspection, our very knit picky property manager picked up a small list of things (they're never happy and these things were so minor), so I asked Majestic Cleaning Pros if they could come back to the property and they did with no complaints, they even collected the key from the realestate company for me to rectify the small items and then once completed, they sent me before and after photos. I couldn't ask for a better clean or service, they delivered on their promises and showed up! The cleaners that came to my property were very professional, courteous, fast but careful and hard working. I will definitely be using Majestic Cleaning Pros again! I used Majestic for a vacate clean on a property I was leasing, including carpet steam cleaning and an oven clean. Paying upfront can be stressful if the job isn't done very well and isn't up to the standards required from the property owner. Luckily my experience with majestic was an exceptional one. They clearly outlined what was included and not included, and completed the clean very very well. I have no complaints and would use them again.

We booked Majestic for an end of lease clean for a 2x2 property and unfortunately they’ve absolutely destroyed the walls our property and then denied doing so and refused to rectify the issue. Tried to speak to the manager about the issue however he just yelled over the top of me on the phone and tried to suggest someone broke into our house and stained our walls with rags instead… absolute joke. Considering the money spent I expected much more and we’ve had to take the matter to a third party for rectification and to pursue a refund for the damage.

We hired Majestic Cleaning Pros to complete a vacate clean at our (old) rental. They arrived punctually and were well organised, communicating well as they left the property and locked up. The house itself was sparkling and they are clearly well organised and work hard to ensure their vacate cleans are up to scratch.Would definitely recommend to others.

I would highly recommend Majestic Cleaning Pros for your next vacate clean. They were extremely professional, did an incredible clean and when I asked them to rectify an issue after the initial clean, the customer service was second to none. They are extremely reasonably priced and cover 99% of vacate clean lists. You can always pay extra for the 1% as well and they clean it so it’s spotless. Got my full bond back and I will definitely be recommending them in the future.
