The worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a company. Promising to phone to confirm delivery, not phoning several times and getting aggressive when asked about it. Not notifying me of cancelled delivers when I’ve taken time off work to collect. Have to chase them for any updates at all. Totally unaccountable. Would not go near them

Contrary to the bad reviews for QLS I found them to be all that I would expect. Communication by SMS advising delivery day and on the day advising that the TV was on board the truck. One hour before delivery I had an SMS that delivery Would be within the hour - and it was!Also carried it upstairs for me

If I could give it no stars I would. They were suppose to deliver my washing machine last week but cancelled now it is a week later and all I get is silence. Still waiting for my washing machine,

Brought a fridge and qls delivered it. Fantastic customer service, staff were very helpful. Delivery was on time and went smoothly. Drivers were friendly and helpful as well. Would recommend to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional, We called the delivery driver and he told us our fridge was on the truck and he had the paper work. When it come time to be delivered there was no communication between them and us. We called to see if we could pick it up as we have no fridge and they told us they would give us a new delivery date and we had to give 24hr notice to pick it up. This is horrible. Use another delivery service, Would not Recommend these guys whatso ever

Why am I not surprised to see so many 1 star reviews for this company?! I have not come across a more unprofessional and apathetic delivery company in Australia, and that's saying something.I was to receive a TV shipment from TCL for a warranty replacement, which involved picking up a faulty unit and handing me a brand new unit. EVERY single communication leading up to this said Delivery of xxxx between xxxxx ". I even ended up taking time off work to be home on the date of delivery as the only date they could provide was a 8-10 days away.On the day of delivery they come pick up the faulty unit and with no further update almost drive away

Extremely poor communication and difficult to deal with. Unrealistic 12hr delivery windows, have had to reach out to them multiple times trying to track down one item and have had to deal with extremely rude operators each time.

If 0 was an option I would use it. Blocked out an entire day for this delivery ( as per company). Received a text saying delivery would occur in 45min to an hour. Then got another text to say the item wasn’t on the truck ( it’s a lounge suite so not hard to miss). Called the office. They say it’s a stock issue. Cue even more confusion. How can a delivery be scheduled and confirmed multiple times if the stock isn’t there? Called the office. No help, no answers - just that they’ll “look into it”.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Terrible service. Took 3 weeks to deliver a tv that arrived broken, screen completely smashed. Not accomodating at all. Very disappointed.

I misunderstood the text message and replied no which I understand i rang them to rectify another a date however was told they have no idea when i will be able to get my delivery? Considering it was due in 5 days surely they would know when they can deliver. Then received RUDE answers on a text message when i nicely asked for an approximate date. I will be notifying KOGAN TOMORROW. And looking at all these reviews god knows when ill ever get my washing machine
