Great gym, always need and tidy, friendly staff. Not too busy even during peak hours. Highly recommended !!!

Based on my 30 day trial:PROS: pretty gym, the instructors that run the classes are amazing, staff are reception are very friendly.CONS: The yoga/pilates studio is very very small, there is a massive concrete pillar in the middle of the room so depending on where the instructor is it’s very hard to see.My personal experience: the customer service I received from Jane the manager was absolutely shocking. I had to cancel my trial because I was away. Also, all the different offers they have can get confusing so maybe ask for it in writing. Maybe Jane was having a bad day, I work in customer service would never tell a customer off for asking for an offer (that was originally offered to them) or why they would call back to sign up. It’s worthwhile shopping around as there is some really great gyms in the area. Doesn’t matter how much you pay, no one should be treated or spoken to that way.Thank you for the 30 day trial, fitness first.

Always friendly and clean. The members are well built and some really good looking, it's a inspiration and encouragement for working out.

Great size gym with absolutely everything you need weights and machine wise. Excellent change rooms. I don't do classes so cannot comment on them. Plenty of parking, and conveniently located right near the food court, in case you're trying to bulk up! lol.

The way in which staff and management engage with women of colour is disgusting. The bullying sales tactics and inability to confirm cancellation were very disappointing.The business practices at this centre require sanitation. Clean up your act.

I am a victim of financial coercion from this gym, you get 1 month of practice for free, but when you cancel your contract, you will still be penalized for 1 month :))). Moreover, every time Fitness First didn't get my money, they didn't notify me or have any form of notification. The only thing they told me was the overdue notice with the amount of money that haunted me. I accepted the overdue payment but don't know why a few weeks later I got another overdue notice and this loop left me financially drained and really stuck. The staff member name Sam very rude，keep accusing me and my boyfriend and said we are showing a lying face！！I have my member and my friend is on his trail，Sam wont let us in and asked us to leave straight away！！！He said i knew that my boyfriend is not interested，why still come in？My boyfriend said we paid money，I got account and he did applied for day pass and alread filled out questionnaire for trail，Sam still wont let us in and said we are lying and also said if you are interested，come to sign up now！！！His name is Sam，very rude and accusing customers！ Disgusting！Even i would like to cancle，have to give a 28 days notice！And still charging my money，I still paid，why not allowed in！！！
