Had a really positive experience!The whole left hand side of my car had flooded, with a lot of water on the floor. Had looked online and had some friends look at it and it seemed it might be the AC drain pipe or sunroof drain pipe that was leaking. Called up and explained the problem and was able to take my car in the same day.When I took the car in, the lovely Pierre explained that it could be that problem or it may have been due to the torrential rains we had just experienced, especially if my car was parked on uneven ground (which it had been). He was very easy-going and explained that while they could check the drain pipes, it may be an issue that resolved on its own so I didn’t necessarily need to have it checked over – felt very reassured that the option to not spend money was given, but I was happy to go ahead anyway since it was a pretty low cost.Picked up the car the next day, and was given an explanation of what they had done (along with videos to show the work being done and then the drain pipes working effectively too), itemised invoice and they had even done some extra checks/things at no extra charge.Spoke to staff about servicing my partners car, they were happy for him to bring it by at any point for a quote, and said that they never do any additional work (if something is found during the service) before checking with the client and letting them know costs beforehand. Again, very reassured since I’ve had some bad experiences in the past.Overall, a fantastic service. It was efficient, the staff (and customer service) was brilliant, I was given a straightforward explanation as to potential causes of the problem and the option to not spend (potentially unnecessary) money. Very happy and will definitely be coming back!

I have been going to Dulwich Hill Motors since 1991. I have always been totally impressed with Pierre's expertise and skill in maintaining my cars. He has always been friendly and courteous and knows what he is doing. He and Jamie make a fine team. (I used to live locally, but now drive well 40 minutes to get my car serviced there.) I've been to this mechanic a few times and they're always very friendly and fast! Pierre especially is wonderful - he always takes the time to explain in clear-non-mechanic english what is up with my car and how to fix it :)

I am so fortunate to have Dulwich Hill Motors as my local mechanic. I have used DLM a few times now for a service/inspection and each time have been thoroughly impressed. Pierre is a beautiful natured man and has incredible customer service. His attention to detail is immaculate and it's clear he values his customers and the work he does. He his very accommodating and I always walk away with a big smile on my face after our interactions. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a new business to service their car needs!

Took my car for a Pink Slip back in April and they did a thorough job and were able to find petrol leak. They were able to get me in fast considering it was a long weekend. Thanks to Piere and his nephew Jamie!
