We been using Spitwater for years now and currently run 3 of their pressure washers in our vans. We've found them to be very reliable units with almost zero down time despite daily commercial use. The office staff are also friendly and easy to deal with, in particular Andrew and Michael from the service department are very customer focused and happy to help. Thanks Spitwater team

Have had several issues with my new setup and been stuck on site waiting for service to come out and repair but no show. Customer service at the Sydney store is bad and will never go back there again. Not happy

All I can say is I have to go in from time to time to buy things and the guy sitting on the left side when you first enter the Gipp's Rd Store, is just rude and arrogant. Don't know if that's how he is to everyone, or whether or not his just over life. When I walked out from there ( without mentioning when this week), I promised myself not to go back. I'm no Engineer, so to ask me questions like I'm supposed to know the answer , then look at me like I'm some dope for not knowing, is just uninviting.. The reason why I go there is to work alongside professionals and I pay for help, but this week I felt like I've been laughed at.
