This vet surgery is the worst i have seen. No help . No compassion, one big money making business, had an emergency. The staff at centre desk unruly. Horrible. Dont leave your pet with them. .

Rude receptionist if can get past the rude receptionist. Hopefully the vets more respectful than the receptionist. Rude power tripper there. Bold faced straight out lied to me, needs to learn some customer relation tips. Lies don't work just makes for angry customers.

Friendly caring staff, took our 2 cats for needles and check up one cat needed cream forA sore and the other needed medication too. When we got home (60km round trip) realised we didn't have the cream. Rang the vet surgery and Codie had been trying g to reach us , she offeredTo drop it off for us as she lived in the area. What awesome service so big thank you to allStaff but especially vet Steph and Codie you are amazing.
