Carl is wonderful to deal with! He took the time to explain how to look after the Rolex Submariner; when to service, even how to hold the watch correctly when not worn to avoid scratches. He gave me sound advice regarding servicing of the watch and recommended I use a proper Rolex service centre to avoid swapping of genuine parts for fake parts. Prior to purchasing the Rolex, I was done a lot of research in detecting fakes. Carl was kind enough to help me identify the serial number, the crown on the sapphire glass, and other things to lookout for. For extra reassurance, I even took the watch to a Rolex Service Centre, to check out the condition and to ensure the watch is genuine. 2-3 weeks later, the watch came back and is 100% genuine and in perfect working order. Watches R Us now have me as a customer for life! Highly recommended!
