Les and team are wonderful Gave a comprehensive quote and costs and got to work quickly. I had an issue with my drainpipes and had to sort them out (not their job) and Les checked back frequently and oversaw this work and even assisted - though it was not part of his job! I cannot recommend them enough. They go beyond the extra mile!

Absolutely appalled and disgusted at the lack of respect this company has for tenants and people in general. Violation of womens privacy is no joking matter. Think twice before dealing with this company. There was NO phone call apart from the one i made at the time of the incident last month. And at this time your office lady, (chantelle?) was incredibly rude to me, telling me that i was unreasonable, until she realised that you hadnt followed work orders. At this point she quickly ended the call saying that she'd have a word with you.There was NO apology and NO misunderstanding. It was your complete disregard for tenents rights and a pregnant womens privacy.You should be ashamed of yourself. Nice try for a cover up. Potential customers are now aware of your lack of ethics.(18/10/18)

Les and his team exceeded all my expectations. They have completed a re roofing and ancillary work on a pergola and roof restoration on the house. Their attention to detail was excellent even to the smallest detail.Not only was the work undertaken at the highest level of my expectations but what was even more pleasing was the level of integrity shown by Les in all his dealings with me.

We had world class roofing come out to replace our roof. 2-3 years later it started to leak. They came out to review the problem, but refused to accept that it was their work that was the problem. I was told 'it was summer when we did the job, so how were we to know it was holding water. You only asked us to replace what was there, and that it was what we did. It has also been 3 years so why would it leak now??'I am unsure of the answer to these questions, however the attitude I found unacceptable.It was only when we had to get another company in to look at the roof and repair the leak that we found out how bad the job was. I was told it was not even to code, flashing was not complete and old rusty down pipes were used.Photos show job completed by World Class Roofing. Beware..

Les came today to assess a situation with my metal roof and insulation. He provided a honest advice, which speaks heaps of him and his team.
