Just wanted to thank the wonderful doctor and receptionist for their help and kindness during my husbands illness.

Rudest reception staff! Needed my script for my asthma preventer sent to my local pharmacy as I was struggling to breathe. After my appointment with the doctor (who was great) I waited for over an hour at the pharmacy. When I called the doctors reception the second time through that hour as my script had still not been faxed, I had the receptionist tell me how I was wasting their time by calling to see if it had been faxed and that it will take as long as it does, she was so rude and condescending to me. I have never had a medical receptionist be so rude to me. I explained that it was an emergency, that's why I couldn't wait. She hung up on me. So I've had to spend the rest of the morning in the hospital. Pretty appalled by her behavior

I think it’s a great clinic. Dr Nalinda is very caring and careful. He remembers me and my history. And he is super punctual. I like him as a person too

These 5 stars go to my doctor at this clinic. I have been seeing Dr Das for almost 4 years now and can not recommend him enough. He takes the time to hear of your concerns and acknowledges them and does everything in his power to make sure your well looked after. Yes the reception staff are not all that personable but he is the main reason my son and I go for any troubles we face with our health. Look past the reception desk even if they are rude and see this doctor who can help you to the best he can and if he can’t he will call those who can and send you there way right there and then at your appointment. Dr Dass is our caring family Dr at Advantage medical centre and He truly cares about your well-being not as a number but a patient. The staff are very friendly they always great you with a smile you are never kept waiting for long. A fantastic team a fantastic clinic. Thank you Advantage clinic for all your friendly smiles.

Extremely unhappy with reception as my mother had just got out of surgery and forgot to ask for pain relief. She asked to book another appointment they refused to book another appointment as she wasn’t allowed to book 2 appointments in 1 day. Told her she’d pass the message on to the doctor, and she knew about the situation. My mother then spoke to the doctor who informed her no message was passed on, she was in excruciating pain over night and reception didn’t care. Every time I’m in their reception will hang up from a call and bag the person. It’s just not professional and you really need to learn to have respect and maybe care about the clients. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Have many other bad experiences with this clinic.

The receptionist was condescending and rude. Gossiping as I entered the building and spoke to me as if I was simple. If there was another clinic with an appointment available today I would not return for the appointment.

Receptionist is incredibly hostile and rude every time I’ve called and same with my dad. Cut us both off and hung up. Also was told while I was in a mental health crisis last year by a doctor that there are “people who have it much worse and I should get over it”. Extremely unprofessional.

The worst service I have EVER received. Particularly, Dr Max Lippa who assumed he knew my pain better then I did...even though this was my first app with him. He wasted my time for over 40 mins to tell me he basically wouldn't help me. I was in tears begging for some assistance. I will NEVER recommend Advantage medical and dental. I will be letting everyone know how terrible the service/care is. I have never had such a terrible experience at a doctors in my whole life...don't come here. don't book in with that doctor if you want help with your issue. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
