I often go here to get fuel for our cars. Sunday the 26th of Feb, I put the wrong fuel in my car :( and had a melt down in public. The lovely young attendant, Gazalpreet, helped me calm down, and gave me help with finding a company to help with the wrong fuel. it was a hot day, and Gazalpreet allowed myself and my daughter to stay in the aircond shop for over 2 hours, while waiting for our mechanic to arrive. What a service attendant she is. Thank you Gazalpreet for your excellent customer service.

No one at the counter to start the pump. Went in and couldn't find anyone. Went to another station. Don't bother.

Truly the worse customer service ever. Instead of explaining the store’s policy politely, Jaison escalated it into a full blown argument. No human skill!!! Period. Not coming back ever again.

There is no point in complaining about this service station because no one responds to the reviews, but I have to say “worst service station in Perth” rude, arrogant and slow staff running the show.
