went to buy loading lamps which were bit heavy for my injured shoulder and my 94 year old mate. We asked one of service staff to carry the lamps to our car. He refused to carry and told us to carry them ourselves. Although he finally carried the lamps for us, his attitude was very rude. I hope he will be treated like us one day when he has injuries or becomes 94 (if he could survive).

Really great Sunday service, went in for some battery cable to finish off my 12v control box and they sold it by the metre, really cheap to, only $7 per metre, so bought more then I actually needed for my job, staff are very friendly and helpful, will definitely go back there in future

One of the Parts Interpreters, Colin, goes above and beyond insofar as trying to help. He is an asset to the business, very knowledgeable, friendly, and gives you the time you need. Excellent place to get your bits and pieces. Not everything available, but obviously the space is finite.

Thankyou Rayon and Jaydon for helping me with a blown headlight. I got there just before they closed and Rayon was outstanding in helping me replace the bulb and gave me all the information I needed if I had to do it again. I appreciate you both helping me so late in the day and being there after closing. Very nice thing to do to keep motorists safe on the road. Once again a big Thankyou.
