There is nothing I would change about the whole process - from Jim's visit at the very beginning through until now. At the start I asked for attention to detail and communication and certainly received this throughout the process. Everything ran smoothly and now we have lived in the house for 2 months. Just so happy with it.

What do you call that feeling when you discover that a company whose praises you’ve sung - and who’ve used your positive comments to attract more customers - is not what you believed them to be?? We feel stupid, betrayed and emotionally devastated. I don’t think I’ve seen my wife so upset when she discovered what Westbuilt have done to us. At least, after getting legal advice my wife is now confident that our legal system will treat us a lot better than Westbuilt Homes have treated us. Be very careful. Quite willing to discuss our distressing experience with anyone.

Very disappointed with follow up customer service. Also, would not recommend the use of ECO 5000 LVL decking product as supplied by Platinum Timber Pty Ltd it cracked, split and bubbles.

I could not speak more highly of our experience with this firm. From the very beginning, the workmanship on our home and the manner in which it was constructed, was nothing short of professional. Phone calls were always returned promptly and our concerns were always met respectfully. We were located at a good distance away so communication by way of emails and phone were important. The homes are well appointed, and they offer a wide selection of features which are elegant and skillfully finished. We love living in n our new home and we would not hesitate to recommend Westbuilt Homes to anybody wanting a positive experience in the pursuit of the great Australian dream.
