I could not speak highly enough of how I was looked after by the lovely lady in the office and then the boss on the forklift. They could not have helped me anymore. All smiles and happy faces. Beat that!!!!

Never seem to be able to find our parcels. Friendly enough service but when you live an hour from town you don’t appreciate having to go to a place 2 or 3 times to pick up something they can’t find after phoning to say it’s there.

Not impressed with your service at all! Countless times i've called the office to give times on when goods are to be delivered and not once has it worked - always have to redeliver. Fire up guys. Oh and keep your phones open until 5pm so we can ring and track shipments when they are failed to be delivered.

Jenny provided amazing customer service in relation to a consignment that had gone missing during the floods. She was able to track it down swiftly and organise delivery to my customers asap. Such a quick and great resolution opposed to lodging a request with TNT directly. A+

I've come home from work to $2000 parcels sitting in the middle of my driveway in plain sight in the middle of town.Every time I go to the depot to pick something up, I'm always there for ages because nobody can find it.Wrong consignment numbers written on cards so I can't book to have it redelivered.Nobody ever checks my ID upon pickup, anyone could just grab a card out of a mailbox and go get your parcel.Shuts the same time as I finish work...Need I go on?
