Old mate at the counter needs to chill out, heard nothing but good things then when i went in he takes the offensive when i said i couldnt get a haircut anywhere, i was about to tell him because i cant find a decent barbour but he proceeded to assume i was complaining about his appointment availability and took the defencive straight away, kinda unprofessional and has put me off even trying the place, probably my loss from what i have heard but there is no excuse for bad customer service and jumping to negative conclusions. Poor form, from a place i was very eger to try. Disappointing is the only word for it.

Hands down the best place in Queensland for a bloke to get a haircut, a yarn and a confidence boost. Great place to bring your kids as well as I always see them leaving looking sharp. First thing in the morning is always best if you wish to avoid the rush as these gents are busy for a reason. For the service they offer here I genuinely believe they could and should charge more. Support the boys and buy some hair gel. I go to hphfm for a haircut and always leave with so much more.

Heath and the staff are awesome in there skills. Know how to make ya look good with fresh cutz. Great atmosphere.
