Were friendly, but unhelpful, first time I came in I couldn't start my tax return because it was first Monday of July when it's super busy. But these guys didn't expect that or warn me if it happens often? Then to finish my return I had to offer a couple of documents which they took weeks to respond to until I called them to respond, and I am again waiting on a response. Couldn't get in contact with them and was placed on hold with no warning by help centre. Go to a financial advisor for tax-deductible tips, and save yourself the money.

Adam's professional knowledge of tax and how to gain the best return is seconded only by his friendly and personable manner..generous with very easily to understand explanations along with his time. I met with Adam Jenkins. He did not tell me what he has told me before I met him. Before I met him he said oh this and that can be claimed. When it was time to meet up with him he said nothing can be claimed at all. He was there and submitted the 'my online tax that I have done myself' in behalf of me. Where is your value or your advices? I felt I have wasted $300 or more for just submitting my own work (one click). I met him for 20 minutes.
