Nathan is super friendly, always has a smile on his face. when I'm not home he always leaves my packages in a safe spot where people can't see. would highly recommend him !!

I had purchased an item secondhand from Gumtree and was advised that the closest courier company was FEDEX or TNT.Both companies advised that it would take at least 24 hours to set up an account. I also tried Direct Fright Express who also failed.I then contacted Aramex Port Macquarie who easily looked after my requirements and in no time we had sorted a drop off of the item, a quick invoice and before you know it, the item was shipped to my location.It has been just over 24 hours now, I have the item and I'm just now getting emails from FEDEX and TNT stating they have approved my account and that with a bit more paperwork, they can potentially handle my consignment (a small box that would fit in the boot of a small car).Thank you ARAMEX Port Macquarie for your friendly advice, swift action and superior customer serviceFive stars.

The worst delivery company! Will drive past my house to drop at local post officeAdditToday recieved a call. Can't deliver to my house. Not in delivery range, however, when we first moved here you had a lovely driver that would deliver. Then all deliveries stopped. We have paid for delivery, you will drive 10 kms past my house to the post office or ask for an alternative address. I presume you mean a work address? I don't always work in the same location or have a second house.My neighbours report the same problem, however apparently because they run a business you now deliver to them.

Scott is the best delivery drive anyone could want. From a wave as he drives past to making sure my parcels are in a safe spot. He is attentive and careful with all packages and is amazing when it comes to providing advice on the best way to post. I have always had fantastic service from Aramex Port Macquarie after several years using them for both pick ups and deliveries in personal and business capacities. The last few years have been rough for all transport services but the local touch was really apparent during this time. We had weekend or after hours deliveries on more than one occasion as they put in the extra effort to get the job done. Amazing!
